By creating an account or using the Axpecto platform at axpecto.com ("we", "us", "the Service", operated by Mohammed Ashfaqudheen, trading as Axpecto, located at UL CyberPark, UL CyberPark Rd, Nellikkode, Kozhikode, Kerala - 673016, India) to run an AI Usability, AI Visibility, or AI Task Completion audit, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Axpecto audits a website you submit (either your own site or one you have the right to have tested) for how usable and discoverable it is to AI agents and assistants. Depending on the plan, an audit may run a deterministic, no-model crawl, put questions about the site to an AI model with live web search to see what it says, or run an autonomous browser agent that attempts a task on the live site.

Digital Service Provisioning: All services, subscriptions, and credits are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment verification by our reseller, Paddle, your account is upgraded immediately and audit limits/credits become available on your online dashboard. No physical shipment or hardware is provided; see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to submit a URL for testing. Don't point the Service at a site you don't own or don't have authorization to test.

Paid plans, as listed on our Pricing page, are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each period until cancelled. Each plan grants a monthly allowance of credits, which every audit spends from; unused credits do not carry over between billing periods. Credit top-up packs are a separate, one-time purchase that never expires.

Prices are shown in USD on our Pricing page and are the amount charged at checkout, plus any sales tax (such as VAT or GST) that applies where you live, which is calculated and shown at checkout. Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Don't use the Service to attack, disrupt, or overload a third party's site. An audit is a bounded, respectful crawl and a handful of task attempts, not a load test.
• Don't use the Service to test a site you don't have permission to test, or to extract data you have no right to.
• Don't attempt to circumvent plan limits, credit metering, or the concurrency caps that keep the Service available for everyone.
• Don't resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service itself.

Some report sections are produced by a live AI agent or model (labelled "observed" or "modelled" in the report) rather than deterministic rule checks (labelled "measured"). AI-generated findings can be wrong. We badge every section with how it was produced so you can weigh it accordingly: treat "modelled" or "reported" findings as an informed opinion, not a guarantee.

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee an audit is complete, error-free, or that following its recommendations will improve any outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a report.

You can stop using the Service at any time and cancel a paid subscription from your dashboard's billing settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute or claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
